Super Bowl XLVIII Business Connect Playbook Series & Business Leadership Forum Gala
Provided Destination Management services, performed planning, management and execution for the NFL's Business Connect Playbook Series I, II, and III and Business Leadership Forum programs in 2013 and 2014, for Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City and New Jersey. Managed events, created and managed each event's run-of-show, coordinated speakers and other program participants, and worked with all third-party vendors to produce these events for the NY/NJ small and minority business communities. Also provided on-site staffing for each event which ranged from 300 to 500 guests in attendance, working closely with each event's venue and catering staff, the NFL Events Director, and the Super Bowl XLVIII Committee.

The Alley Pat Show
Performed on-set production assistance for a local production company for their live weekly talk-show with studio audience, which aired on Atlanta's Public Access Channel 24. This weekly television show highlighted the experiences and community involvement of some of Atlanta’s renowned educators, practitioners, and political leaders, through open discussions of national and current events that impact the local communities and society at-large.

Destination Essex – One-Day Economic Development Conference
Provided destination management and planning services for the county's one-day informational and business networking event, open to New Jersey's state-wide MWBE business owners and vendors interested in contracting with various municipalities within Essex County, New Jersey.

Educational Testing Service (ETS)
Executed two-year contract providing monthly meeting and travel (included flight, hotel overnight stay, train and ground transportation bookings) planning and management, on-site staffing, and monthly financial reporting services for Educational Testing Service (ETS), to facilitate their National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) contract with the US Department of Education in Washington, DC. Work included negotiating competitive pricing for hotel event space, overnight stays, and concessions for client and thousands of their meeting participants who traveled from around the country to attend these 3 or 4-day meetings monthly.

Provided full-service event planning, management, and execution (included run-of-show creation and management, print work and signage, décor, A/V, photography, videography, entertainment, vendor management, and set-up/break-down), as well as on-site staffing, for ARJSCF fundraiser gala at the Atlanta City Hall atrium on Trinity Ave. in Atlanta.

Celebration of Life Event in Brazil
Performed planning and management for group tours, travel, meals, and excursions (including group air, local ground transportation, and hotel over-night stays) provided for client’s 10-day tour of Rio de Janeiro and Salvador (Bahia), Brazil, working closely with in-country third-party vendors and tour operators.

Contracted to provide planning and onsite and after-conference hours support and assistance for client's CDC delegates attending The President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Annual Meeting - The 2006 HIV/AIDS Implementers' Meeting in Durban, South Africa. Destination support included coordinating ground transportation to and from the hotel, conference center, and leisure, assistance with resolving any delegate problems or issues during the conference, and providing feedback to client about conference proceedings, logistics, and workshop sessions for each day of the conference,
