We begin with a client consultation to clearly understand your needs, ideas, and the desired outcome for your event.  During this time, we exchange questions and answers, share the best practices for planning, managing, and executing your event, as well as provide pertinent information that sets a clear path for success.

 

 

Planning, Management, and Execution

With a project management approach, we coordinate an experienced team to complete all three phases of your event - planning, management, and execution.  Working very closely with clients and stakeholders, we deliver an event that exceeds expectations.

On-site Staffing

Event execution is as important as other phases.  We also know that successful outcomes depend on the expertise of on-site staff and volunteers.. During the planning phase, we develop a staffing plan that covers all areas of on-site management - registration, greeters, vendor/venue relations, guest direction, food & beverage, etc.
