Serving our customers and meeting their event needs are at the core of what we do. We take pleasure in working to make your event a success.
HOW WE CAN HELP
An event is a live production, with various moving components that work smoothly together when operated with expertise. Learn about our expert areas that will fulfill your event needs.
Consultation
We start with a client consultation to clearly understand your needs, ideas, and the desired outcome for your event. During this time, we exchange questions and answers, share the best approach for planning, managing, and executing your event, and provide pertinent information that sets a clear path for success.
Planning, Management, and Execution
With a project management approach, we arrange an event planning team to complete all three phases of your event - planning, management, and execution. Working very closely with your stakeholders, we deliver an event that exceeds your expectations.
Staffing
The event execution phase is just as important as the planning and management phases. From experience, we know that event outcome depends on the management expertise of the on-site staff. Our on-site staff conducts on-site management, registration, greeting, vendor/venue relations, guest direction, and more.
Travel Management
With years of travel agency experience booking air, ground and hotel accommodations for hundreds of event travelers, we can manage travel arrangements for you and your event attendees with the same level of detail as we extend to your event. |
A La Carte
A customized package of services that we self-perform are sometimes accompanied, when necessary, by partnering vendor services for additional needs. We provide also the following stand-alone services: photography, videography, print work, promotions, and PPE.
Training
We have developed an executive-level event planning and management curriculum that is interactive and explores real-life case studies. It teaches, in a two-five day comprehensive classroom training, the basic fundamentals of planning, managing, and staffing an event.
